EPC’s Volunteer Services leadership team achieves big things. They are so good at what they do that their 220 volunteers reported a 97% satisfaction rate thanks to their guidance and support.
This is your opportunity to join the team and lead a passionate group of volunteers who bring people together through community events, fundraising, and outreach. Your leadership will help ensure our clients receive the support they need—and that EPC’s impact continues well into the future.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Build and support volunteer teams across events, fundraising, and community engagement.
- Deliver Impactful Events: Work with the Fundraising Manager to run meaningful, well-executed events.
- Grow Fundraising Power: In collaboration with our Fundraising Manager, guide volunteers in campaigns that sustain and grow our services.
- Amplify Our Voice: Relaunch and expand the Community Speakers Program.
- Build for the Future: Mentor volunteers into leadership roles and ensure long-term program sustainability.
- Collaborate for Success: Align volunteer efforts with EPC’s fundraising and communications goals.
Selection Criteria
About You
You’re a natural connector with:
- Experience in people leadership, fundraising, events and/ or community development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset
- A passion for people and purpose
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
You lead with empathy, think strategically, and bring out the best in others.
