Peninsula Home Hospice (PHH) is an accredited not-for-profit organisation that provides specialist palliative care to people in the comfort of their home across the Mornington Peninsula, City of Frankston and part of the City of Kingston. Our aim is to optimise the quality of life for those in our care and honour their hope for comfort, choice dignity and peace. 

We are seeking a dynamic, vibrant and compassionate Clinical Administration Officer to join our team, based from our offices in beautiful Mornington. Reporting to the Administration Manager, and working as part of a close knit team, you will support our Clinical Services and Allied Health teams by ensuring the efficient flow of client information by accurate, secure data entry and information management. As the first point of contact, your effective communication, customer service skills, empathetic nature and exceptional administrative experience will be paramount to our clients experience and team success.

What you will bring:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • A calm and compassionate disposition, with a client first focus 
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to multi-task 
  • Highly developed administration, record keeping and data entry experience, with advanced MS Office and data base management system skills 
  • Integrity and confidentiality when dealing with client information
  • A collaborative and helpful approach to working together
