Eastern Palliative Care is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers home-based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

Selection Criteria
To be successful, you must have:
- Proven experienced palliative care leader with current contemporary clinical skills
- Min. of 5 years recent experience in palliative care
- Excellent communication, creative and innovative with problem solving and decision making skills
- Focused on building a high performing team
- Experience in delivering via telehealth, including ability to support staff with adoption of technology
- Ability to champion change management
- Competency with common computer applications
- Current VIC Driver’s license • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
- Passion for holistic person-centred nursing care The following would be desirable:
- Post graduate qualifications in palliative care or working towards
- Experienced in developing and directing and delivering new projects.
- Energised by opportunities to introduce new processes and innovation.
- Demonstrated interest in palliative care in aged care
